SHIPPING POLICY
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs may vary by item.
PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this
includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
Estimated Delivery
As soon as the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 4-5 days for delivery.
(Shipping carriers are still experiencing some delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic)
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap. All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30%
restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as
soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30%
Restocking Fee.
All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
Waymick and Associates has the right to refuse returns that pass the 15 days
allowed time after delivery.
